Certified Birth Doula, CAB

Occupational Therapist, MA, OTR/L

Specializing in Pelvic Floor Therapy

As a certified birth doula and perinatal occupational therapist, I love walking alongside families during one of the most powerful and personal transitions of their lives. With eight years of experience in mental health and specialized training in pelvic floor therapy, I’m especially passionate about how the mind and body work together in labor. There’s so much we can do to support both—regulating the nervous system, releasing tension, and helping the body move through birth with more ease and confidence.

I’ve had two home births myself, and they’ve shaped the way I view birth—raw, sacred, and incredibly unique to each family. While I support births in any setting, I bring a calm, grounded perspective to those planning a home birth. Wherever you choose to welcome your baby, I work to create an environment that feels warm, familiar, and truly yours.

I live in South Minneapolis with my husband and our three young boys who keep life full of noise, joy, and adventure. You can usually find us biking along the Mississippi River, chasing each other through playgrounds, or hunting down the best local food trucks (bonus points if there’s a good coffee shop nearby!).

I’d be honored to be part of your story.
