Postpartum Core Restore
Postpartum recovery support for your mind, body & home.
Your body did something incredible. Now it deserves thoughtful support as you recover, rebuild, and step into motherhood feeling strong and steady.
Maybe you’ve been cleared for activity, but still don’t feel like yourself. Maybe your core feels weak, your posture aches, movement feels off, or the daily rhythm of caring for a newborn feels harder than expected.
You don’t need to “bounce back.”
You need the right support to move forward.
Core Restore training is a personalized postpartum service that helps you heal your core, restore function, and create sustainable rhythms for life with baby, right from home.
As an occupational therapist and birth professional, I help you bridge the gap between medical clearance and real-life motherhood.

What We'll Work On
Let’s build a sustainable and fulfilling lifestyle for you and your family.
You don’t have to just survive the postpartum period—you can restore your core, move with confidence, feel good in your body, and thrive.

Motherhood doesn’t have to mean losing yourself. It can be a season of becoming.

As an experienced occupational therapist, my goal is to help you feel strong, functional, and supported as you adjust to life with a newborn. Through Core Restore training, we focus on rebuilding your core, improving movement confidence, supporting pelvic and postural recovery, and helping your body feel good again in the demands of motherhood.
Unlike postpartum doula services that primarily perform tasks for you, my approach is centered around equipping you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to thrive in your new role. I provide personalized guidance to identify what’s working well in your current routine, where you feel stuck, and how to create sustainable rhythms for both you and your baby.
Occupational therapists are uniquely equipped to support the postpartum transition because we understand the complex connection between physical recovery, emotional wellbeing, and the daily tasks that make up real life. Using this whole-person lens, I create practical and individualized strategies that help you heal, function well, and enjoy postpartum more fully.
